MISSS 2011

The Latin American Neurosurgical Society – USA – Canada is a scientific society based in North America with the purpose of bringing together USA trained, board certified Latin American neurosurgeons. It is our mission to exchange experiences among our fellow neurosurgeons.

Minimally invasive spine surgery also involves other areas of medicine such as orthopedic surgery, pain management, anesthesiology, neurology and physiatry.

The symposium will be held from August 4th through 8th, 2011 on a cruise ship departing from Miami, Florida. We will present the latest techniques relating to minimally invasive surgery. We will have 4 half days of lecturing.

This is the first of a series of academic activities that will be organized as an established meeting. As a result of this, we are expecting a good number of participants.

We invite our attendants to bring their families to share this wonderful cruise ship.
I am looking forward to having you all participate in our event.

Sincerely,

Aldo F. Berti, MD, FAANS, FACS, FAAP
Symposium Director
